We Made It!
We made it! After a successful flight, we have settled in and we are doing well! Tonight at the end of Day 1, we:
- Had a great flight and made new friends on the plane.
- Had dinner with Nona, Nono and Aunty Nicky.
- Played a couple rounds of Set, all of us a little rusty.
- Slept in this morning until 10:00 am Boston time.
- Got up, had a leisurely breakfast, bummed around and then had lunch with Nona at Bertucci's!
- Spent time at the library, signed up for the summer reading program and picked out books to check out.
- I went to work out thanks to my Dad who purchased a membership to Planet Fitness for me!
- Games, dinner, baths, reading and bed.
The kids are doing great though they miss their Daddy. More soon!

Michaela's Piano Recital and My Flute Debut
Ayelet is 3 Months Old!
It is a little hard to believe that on Saturday, Ayelet turned 3 months. It has truly gone so fast, even though we are trying to savor every minute. We put her on our home scale on Saturday and she is weighing in at 12.5 lbs! She is about 24 inches long and she is no longer wearing 0-3 month clothes. Yesterday she ALMOST rolled over, she was having tummy time and as she got more and more upset, she was lifting herself higher and higher. Soon enough, I couldn't stand it any more and I helped her finish her roll over. She will get there soon enough, I am sure! She has taken to sucking on her finger(s), check out the picture, she frequently pulls her pacifier out of her mouth so that she can suck on her fingers - she mostly likes to have both at the ready (the pacifier and her fingers). She hasn't yet found her left foot, but she loves to hold on to her right one. She spends quite a bit of time alert during the day, mostly playing with her sisters and she is generally taking two naps, one long morning one and one shorter afternoon nap, usually when we are in transit driving car pool. She is still sleeping through the night, it has been heavenly, she goes down at about 8:30 or 9:00 pm and sleeps until 5:30 or 6:00 am (except when I wake her up a little earlier so that I can go to the gym). She is calm and peaceful and her smiles brighten our days.
